#Adding Memories

Getting your memories into LumiFrame is quick and flexible. You can pull from your device's photo library, or from connected cloud storage like Google Photos, Dropbox, or OneDrive (Elite plan required for cloud sources).

#From your photo library

1. Open the album you want to add to.
2. Tap Add Memories.
3. Your photo library opens. Browse or search for what you want.
4. Tap each memory to select it (a checkmark appears).
5. Tap Done when you're finished.

Your selections will begin uploading in the background.

#Tips for selecting memories

• Tap and hold a still memory to preview it before selecting.
• Use the date or album filters at the top to find things quickly.
• Select as many memories as you like in one go.
• Live memories are fully supported, though they take a bit longer to upload than still memories.

#From cloud storage (Google Photos, Dropbox, OneDrive)

If you've connected a third-party cloud account, you can import still and live memories directly from there.

Elite feature: Connecting Google Photos, Dropbox, or OneDrive requires an Elite plan. See Cloud Sources & Integrations for details.

1. Tap Add Memories.
2. Switch to the Cloud Sources tab and pick your provider.
3. Browse and select the memories you want.
4. Tap Done.

To connect a cloud account, go to Settings → Media Management → Connected Sources. See Memories & Storage for instructions.

#Checking upload progress

Uploads happen in the background. To check on them:

• Look inside the album; uploading memories show a progress indicator.
• Or go to Settings → Media Management → Transfer Queue for a full view.

If you go offline mid-upload, it will automatically resume when you reconnect.

#Supported file types

• Still memories: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and most other common formats.
• Live memories: MP4, MOV, and other standard formats.

Large live memory files may take a few minutes to upload and process before they appear on your frames.
