How it works
- Step 1: Pick a plan and say who it is forPremium or Elite, for three months or a year. Add a note if you like.
- Step 2: We deliver it, or you doWe email it on the day you choose, or you print a card with the code and hand it over yourself.
- Step 3: They claim it with a free accountTheir time starts the day they claim it. It never renews and never asks them for a card.

Questions
- What do they need?
- A phone, tablet, or TV they already have. LumiFrame is the digital media frame, without the frame: there is nothing to ship and nothing to plug in.
- What if they already subscribe?
- The gift still works. If they pay through the App Store or Google Play, we tell them before they claim it, so they can cancel that and not pay twice.
- Can someone get more than one gift?
- Yes. A second gift adds its time after the first one ends.
- Do gifts expire?
- No. An unclaimed gift keeps, and the clock only starts when it is claimed.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, until the gift is claimed. Write to [email protected] from the email you bought it with.
